Hey all. I'll be honest, food bores me. I don't need to eat fantabulous meals to be happy. I'm quite satisfied with eating out on a by-need basis (bday parties, gatherings, etc.) So my question is, could I survive and thrive healthily by eating rice and lentils with olive oil and frozen Kaiser vegetables. I know that rice and lentils mAke a complete protein but I'm just unsure if that combo satisfies the vitamin and mineral needs. Thanks.

Oh and please don't suggest Soylent.
