I'm in the market for a new 30-inch fridge and since the Memorial Day shop-till-you-drop-or-ruin-your-credit-line weekend is approaching, and hastily doing research. There's hate for basically every brand out there, so I know this is a crapshoot. One thing that seems clear: the less bells and whistles, the better a chance I stand.
I do want a french-door fridge, with freezer drawer on the bottom. Stainless steel. Icemaker, but it could be in the freezer drawer, not in the fridge drawer, if that takes away something that easily breaks.
From what I've seen, LG (and I guess Kenmore, since apparently they're rebranded LG), GE and Whirlpool can be okay. Or at least suck less. :-P
Anyone have a 2017 model they'd actually recommend?
