Hello all!
I hope this is the right place to post this. I am employed currently, but am actively seeking out new employment for various reasons. My main question is, when I get a job offer how do I determine if the benefits they offer are good? What types of questions should I ask? I'm mostly talking about insurance, 401k, and salary. Does anyone have any advice on negotiating any of these benefits also? Thanks in advance!
