As many of you are aware, Unilever has two headquarters, with one listed as UN and the other as UL. It has come to my attention that the company is considering merging these, but the details are not out on that yet.
How do you anticipate this going down? What do you think it will do for the stock price? What will the tax implications be for Americans holding either?
