I have an internship in a large city for twelve weeks this summer. I am staying in an apartment for a short-term lease. After looking at the area I will be living in, I realized that the only grocery store within reasonable walking distance is Whole Foods. I have nothing against WF, but it's way out of my budget. I will not have a car while I am there, so I cannot drive to a different grocery store. I could take public transport but I won't be able to transport a lot of groceries at once if I do that. How can I formulate a plan that will help me afford to eat while I am living in this crazily expensive city?
