Hey all.
I'm thinking about getting a a Cotopaxi bag one of the reasons being there awesome sounding guaranteed for good warranty (61 years for any failures like buckles zips etc). Just wondering if anyone had experience s with the actual warranty process l. I can't find if you need proof of purchase etc or if you can just call up and get it sorted.
