Hey so I thought I would share this here because Ive been doing this for a while and it really does make life easier for me.

First and foremost, you have to be okay with eating the same thing for every meal.. If not this may not be the best tip for you.

For me personally, I don't really mind it, and I usually give myself a day during the weekend to splurge.

Anyways, basically all you need is a good amount of ground beef, a bag of rice, one onion, pack of tortillas, and a can of black beans. If you don't mind the spending extra, I sometimes also buy either some sweet peppers or jarred roasted peppers also.

So anyway, the recipe is super simple. Just cook the ground beef with the onions and peppers, add in whatever seasonings you like. Once it's done, add a can of black beans, and as much rice as you like and basically youre set.

I like to make a huge amount and just put it in a glass container in the fridge. Essentially all this is is just "burrito filler".

When you're ready to eat, just scoop some out and heat it up, and wrap it in a tortilla.

For breakfast, you could also scoop some out into a skillet and cook it up with a couple eggs.
