I went to home depot to get a bag of concrete to bury a 4x4 into the ground with and every single bag there had one of the corners which was solid. It was still hard that our seemed that is was activated with water. My theory is that caused it recently rained a lot, some of the bags may have solidified, however every single bag had this and it was only solid in the corner. So is this normal?(P.S.
