Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge or experience in the realm of making a custom dishwasher rack. I did some searching online, and didn't see any reference to such things.I'm constantly frustrated that my dishwasher rack doesn't really fit my plates and bowls appropriately. It leads to our stuff not always getting clean - because things nest or overlap in ways that prevent water from directly hitting it. I'd love to have a bit more control - even laying out a potential pattern of dishes and trying to design a rack that would support that. However, i don't see any examples of that anywhere. One potential solution would be to cut some of the tines off of the existing rack and patch the bare metal up with Plasti-dip. They offer a specific product called "ReRack" for dishwasher racks. The only issue there is that it only comes in small bottles that are relatively expensive - so while this can work for patching up areas where i clipped a tine, it might be prohibitively expensive to try to do a whole rack from scratch.Any thoughts on this? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2pjxdeL
