I see a number of similar posts that relate to this scenario in the US, but not many from people in the UK. Me and my partner are not married, been together for nearly 10 years and are expecting our first baby (16 weeks in!). Our combined income is roughly £60k (before deductions)
We purchased our first house just over 4 years ago, mortgage is about £750 a month and I have combined bills and cars etc is roughly an extra £500 per month.
Can someone calm us down and explain some smart things we can do with our money to make it go further, and anything we should be planning for raising our baby?
