Hello, myself and my girlfriend (both from the UK) will be driving from LA to Vancouver this August (coinciding with the eclipse). We'd like to get a convertible for the one-way trip, but prices are around $800 (minus the one way fee in most places).
Has anyone got any tips for doing this a bit cheaper? I realise we don't necessarily need a convertible, but as it's a rather unique trip for us we want to make the most of it, so just looking at options.
