I currently have a skin infection on my right breast. I assumed that it was secondary to a now treated yeast infection (vaginal) that I had, since it started around the same time. So I tried treating the skin infection on my breast with over the counter antifungal cream. I don't see any real improvement and it has been a month.
I need to see a doctor, but should I schedule my (free) annual check up and then bring it up or bite the bullet and spend $500+ to see a dermatologist?
Any advice would be great. I am not familiar with all the nuances of healthcare especially in regards to billing.
