I was wondering, if we link our credit cards with Shell (or any other gas station) are they tracking your shopping behavior at other stores? For example, at Shell Rewards, it seems that you can get points for shopping online or at certain stores as well, as long as you use your credit card that is linked to your rewards number. Am I reading into this? Is this worth it if they are tracking you?
