30, missed enrollment for Marketplace due to being an unemployed student. Now employed, but health insurance isn't offered, and I've gotten hurt outside the workplace. What are my options?

I've badly sprained my ankle and it requires surgery. I got denied insurance though the marketplace due to missing open enrollment. I was unemployed at the time and my college doesn't offer coverage. Our local ortho doesn't see self pay patients. What are my options here? I bring home about $1200 a month, about $800 of that is dedicated to bills. In Georgia, so Medicaid isn't an option. I don't know what to do and I'm in a lot of pain.
