These boots came in for a repair yesterday. A buckle had broken on one of them and the woman wanted it to be replaced even though the boots were literally only a couple weeks old and I said it should be returned. This is a classic example of department store construction you should avoid at all costs AND a super example of why you should support small businesses, craftsmen and craftswomen.
