This is in Australia.

I was stupid for not paying attention to my bills but I recently found a $15 per month charge on my phone bill that has been going back at least 16 months.

First thing I did was block all 3rd party transactions and subscriptions on my account. I was resigned to having lost money due to my own inattentiveness and apathy.

I searched my message history and I had messaged them to "STOP" 4 months ago and they continued to charge, but no longer sent messages.

What is the proper course of action for to claim back some of the money I lost, and how can I give this "company" the most grief?
