I bought a used Steelcase Think chair recently but my seat kept dropping down after some time. I purchased a gas cylinder online, but now I'm having trouble removing the old one on my chair. I've tried multiple guides online (most of them just use a pipe wrench, but mine doesn't budge even with WD-40) but can't find one that seems to cover the Steelcase Think. The Steelcase Think disassembly guide doesn't seem to cover removing the gas cylinder as well.
