I've posted here a few times in the past regarding my employment history - as a quick summary, I've moved up very, very quickly within my career field, starting at $34,000 in May of 2016, $55,000 in September of 2016, and was just offered a position for $85,000 yesterday that I have not yet accepted.

My SO and I have been discussing whether or not this job is a perfect fit for our family and family dynamic, outside of the obvious massive increase in salary (commute, hours, etc.). However, I am a SharePoint developer and I know that these job offers can come in abundance.

Anyway, I was offered a mid-level developer position with a non-profit organization for $85,000. When I spoke with the recruiter initially, I stated that my base salary expectation was $85,000 depending on the benefits that they offer. I interviewed and was offered the position 2 days later with shitty benefits and a salary of $85,000/yr. Plus, the position they offered me was not a junior level (which I thought I was), but a mid-level developer. How do I go about asking for more money? I don't want to feel greedy because I have increased my income so much in the past year, but I also know what this type of job title is worth and I feel as if $85,000 is largely under the median and is more of a junior developer salary than a mid-level. Does anyone have perspective to offer on this?

Thanks in advance!
