They claim that because my position is considered part time I can't get the benefits of a full time employee. They recently hired a new supervisor who fired multiple employees and pushed me to take more hours. Is it possible to get full time with the hours I work? Who should I talk to in my agency about this? Is there anything else I should do about this? Thanks for any help!
