The title is pretty explanatory, but I'm trying to take the shell of an original Nintendo Gameboy and turn it into as powerful a flashlight as I can. Here are pictures of the shell: http://ift.tt/2leNZ9k, I thought I could probably just buy a flashlight, and dissemble it, and then reassemble it in the Gameboy shell, but after a little research, that doesn't seem like the best way to go forward.I am trying to figure out:-If LED's are the way to go for this (I'm almost certain they are).-What is the brightest LED setup I can build without needing a bulky heatsink (something I just learned about) that won't fit inside the Gameboy.-Is there a way to give it an on-off switch that is controlled by one of the Gameboy's original buttons (which I have). After a little bit of research, I'm stuck, as it seems that I may need a heat sink and resistors, and don't know which to get with however many LEDs I can fit.Any advice is appreciated! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2mqHZKV
