I live in an apartment and the windows are a problem. Very cheap, single pained, leak from condensation sometimes, no tinting or polarizing and I live in Texas. Huge problem with the bright sun. What could I do to darken or polarize the windows? I read there's polarizing film at hardware stores you can put up but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or experience.
