Today I was looking into getting a faster internet speed, so I logged into my ISP's website to see if what it would cost to upgrade. I live in the Netherlands, my ISP is KPN, and currently have a subscription for television, telephone for €0,11/minute, unlimited internet at 100Mbit/s, and Spotify premium for a price of €71,86/month. I already figured out that I could upgrade to 500Mbit/s, however this option was missing on the website, so I decided to give them a call. After some voice menus the phone was picked up by a nice old lady, who was just as confused as me that she couldn't upgrade my internet speed. After being put on hold for a few moments, she figured out that she was unable to change my subscription because it's an older subscription that isn't offered anymore, so she updated it to a new one. The new subscription has the exact same services as the old one, but it now costs only €62,50/month. That saves me €9,18/month, or €110,16/year. That's a good phone call if you ask me.
