Hello,
I'm currently 19 years old, When I was 15 years old I made some mistakes, Was arrested for a violent felony and was subsequently incarcerated in a youth detention facility for 32 months.
While incarcerated I obtained my GED but I'm living at home with my mother, trying to figure out what to do next. My criminal recorded and court documents are sealed and I'm currently working to have them formally expunged, so my history shouldn't be much of an issue going forward.
I've been accepted to attend a community college but have no idea what I should be pursuing in order to create a future for myself. What sort of careers will put me in a good position for the remainder of my life? What degrees will be beneficial to me?
I'm really in a tough place, with no idea what I should be doing so any advice is hugely appreciated.
