My Canadian university charges all Biology courses "material fees" because most professors supply printed hand-outs. Professors have free printing on campus for professors only. This professor refuses to print 200+ pages for the class, and therefore nobody will get any "materials" this semester. We are still charged $41.00. Where should I bring this matter to? Department and professor don't seem to think this charge is a big deal.
