I had set up minimum payment auto draft with BoA which I thought would take out , today I looked at CreditKarma and saw that I was late on my credit card for the past 3 months. I had setup minimum payment so I thought everything was in order and never really checked the website as I don't use the card. ( I never received an email from them or phone call telling me I was late either. )
I called and I was told I have to pay $178 in late fees. My credit score has dropped from 738 to 570, I'm not really sure what to do here.
