I'm pretty good at saving/being frugal but my biggest weakness is wasting food. Some of it I think has to do with anxiety or something ... I'll eat 90% of a roast chicken, and then leave the other 10% in the fridge for "later".... later never comes. Or I'll make some rice dish and save the leftovers and something about it just seems unappetizing. I'll have a block of cheese, eat 60% and save the other bit until it becomes hard and inedible. Gross I know.
Has anyone dealt with this? Are there any tips on being more efficient with my food?
