I am currently at $17.00 an hour (Full time) with a few commission and mileage reimbursement checks here and there. I have taken on the responsibilities of my sales manager as he was laid off. He was making close to 80k, but he was also older and had more experience.
In my meeting (which is today) I am going to ask for $25 an hour. I just want to here some opinions on if this is too much? Am i being a needy millennial? Or do you think it is a reasonable amount seeing as I have more responsibilities and have done a great job with handling them.
Also the company laid him off because they were having money issues and I don't want to be let go if I make too much....
