I worked for a company for 4 years and have around 25,000 into a 401k at principle. There telling me that my previous employer is moving services and I need to make a change by the 15th. I haven’t worked there or made a contribution in about year as I went back to grad school and won’t be graduating until dec 2025. Currently don’t have an income and living on student loans. Should I just roll it into an IRA? Not really sure what to do. Thank you for the help
