G’day all, I have a question regarding what I should do with an IP. I’m in Oz. Original purchase $168k, current value $450k. Low socioeconomic area with new homes going up all around the suburb. Rent is $300 per week ($150 below market price as family member lives in it).
I’m not sure if it’s better to hold for another 20 years or to sell and put gains in Share and DCA weekly. The costs to hold continue to rise and are becoming annoying I.e. insurance is now $2k p.a. L
