6 months ago I sold my car to a coworker. I was originally selling it for $4500 but since she worked at the same place I did I told her I would do $4000. She paid me $3000 up front and I gave her the keys. Since then she has paid me $400. She was fired a couple months ago and I have not received any money in the past 2 months. The car is still in my name. We are not friends, just throwing that out there. Any advice helps!
