60W. Not knowledgeable about retirement at all. Have about $80k in my 401k with most of it just in sp500. (I know it’s low for my age) I’ve been looking at the markets and am noticing there has been a trend down this past month and I am seeing all this news about companies selling off their shares. What should I do in cases like this when it’s going down? Do I sell? Since I’m close to retirement I’m not sure what to do at this point, I don’t want all my money to disappear if this trend continues.
