Hello all,
I'm a dentist working in a rural area. Most dental offices are too small of a business to provide 401k benefits or any benefit at all. I am lucky and am working in an office that will provide a 401k with no match after I complete my 1 year of working for the office. I am in my early 30's and have just started to make real money (lots of schooling). I have saved about 40% of my gross income and plan to continue to do so. I am already doing a backdoor roth and I was wondering if I should contribute to this 401k with no match?
