I didn’t see him in my blind spot and I hit his car. It’s my first accident so I started crying and freaking out. He helped me go through everything. We exchanged information and he told me that he doesn’t have any intention of going through insurance as it’s very minor damage (no damage to my own and his has a little scuff & little dent) but he understood since my mom owns the car that she might so we still exchanged everything. I don’t know what to do, my mom isn’t interested in either since there’s no damage on my car and since he said it’s fine. I have bad anxiety over this. What do I do?
