When picking an ETF, should you go for the one with the lowest AER? For example, the Vanguard FTSE All-World has an AER of 0.22% while the Invesco FTSE All-World has an AER of 0.15%.

Or should you consider that the Invesco FTSE All-World only has 2,453 holdings compared to the Vanguard FTSE All-World's 3,476? Are there other factors to consider as well?
