Hello. I am looking for a specific kind of application that can help me with setting up my family LLC. The LLC will basically be a pooling of funds that my family and I are going to use to start investing in stocks, bonds, and real estate, and I'm really hoping there's an app somewhere that can help us do that.
What I'm looking for is something that can do the following:
1) Allow all of my family members to access a summary of the money that has been collected both as a whole and individually.
2) Allow my family members to connect their existing bank accounts to the app so they can deposit money into the pool whenever they wish, while also being able to allow automatic payments of a pre-determined amount every month.
2.A) I would like for funds to be one-way. I do not want any of my family members to be able to pull money out of the pool without first having to consult the rest of the family and the account manager.
3) Not required, but something that will help me, as the account manager, keep accurate and detailed documentation of every transaction that goes through the app.
4) Also something that allows the account manager to refund or disperse money back into the family members' connected bank accounts once the transaction has been approved.
We are willing to pay a monthly or yearly amount to get as close to this as possible. Anything that makes this set-up easier for me would be appreciated! Thank you guys!
