I (22M) was thinking of doing the following:
40% - Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund ETF Shares (VTI)
40% - Fidelity® 500 Index Fund (FXAIX)
10% - iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX)
10% - Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ)
I don't want to have to manage the account too often, so I wanted fire and forget investments that have a decent blend.
I also really like tech and stay most up to date with what's going on in that industry compared to others like real-estate and health. So I don't mind a more aggressive approach in that regard, but otherwise diversified investments with average risk is what I would prefer, as this is where I will be putting most of my savings aside from my company 401k.
Thank you in advance for your insight!
