As title suggests. My mom passed unexpectedly last week. Left me 2 houses, 1 with no mortgage, 1 with. 4 cars and a non running fixer upper. No clue how much specifically in assets. Over a million in value. I meet with probate attorney on Thursday. But I’m stressed. What are the first steps to take?
