Hello smart people of the investing/finance world. I am taking my first steps into investing in my retirement. I have realized the importance of it now that I am 24 yrs old. I have taken the liberty of learning about HYSA and opening an account. Now I want to take an even bigger step and open a Roth IRA (I’m hearing good things about Fidelity). I have also heard that the best things to invest in are VOO. I am thinking about opening a fidelity account, and buying VOO within. Do you guys have any advice for a relatively young chap like myself. Anything you guys wish you did at my age. Any reroutes in the direction I’m heading. I’ll take any piece of advice as I’m still very new to this world. Much appreciated!
