When I’m looking at treasury ETFs I’m noticing two trends: either the price action is extremely stable, literally a 45 degree line going upwards like with $BIL or $SGOV, or it’s moderately volatile like $HTRB or $FLGV. Why are some treasury ETFs devoid of volatility and some are full of it?
