hey yall, if my numbers are correct I should graduate with appx 30k in debt, starting a job at around 70k. LCOL area, no kids, no vices. i can live comfortably for 2200 a month. not very materialistic al all. my company will match 5% on the 401k ( I have a ROTH option), and an additional 5% ESOP program. id love to max out a rothIRA on top of that (7k a year) and the HSA (3500/year). (id love to cram the rothIRA and HSA full of SCHD too but maybe that's another conversation.) will this be enough for a decent simple retirement at 68ish years old? i don't want kids. Do I need to make my first home a duplex or do any real estate investing to be extra safe?

I've tried to run numbers on those 401k and dividend calculators but the results are all wildly different from one site to the next, even when inputting the same data
