Hi All! We had an 18-month term on our KISS agreement and it has lapsed. We've agreed to terms with the investors to extend the note with changes to the coupon/interest rate and conversion cap, in addition to some corporate governance requirements (annual auditing, etc.) . I'm looking for a template for this extension but can't find anything online. Does anyone have a template they can share? Thanks in advance - poor startup founder.
