hi! i just got approved for my very first apartment for $1,025 a month (this is with water included). my take home pay every month is $2400. is this too much money to pay for an apartment for the amount i take home? i will have renters insurance, gas and electric to cover as well, and currently have no car so it will take about a 12 minute uber ride to get to and from work from the new apartment. this would be my first time living on my own and i just don’t know if this amount is feasible for the circumstances and/or budget i’m currently in. thank you for any advice/tips/experiences!
