In-laws gave the gift of college for my kids - aged 7 & 9. What a Christmas! What is the best way to receive this gift for this purpose and protect this for them?

The offer was $100k each, and we already have a 529 we are paying into. I didn’t go to college - which is probably why I have no idea how to receive this gift. 😂
