My fiancee and I moved in last year to care for my grandmother in her later stages of dementia and for myself to be her full-time care giver. At the time we moved in we weren't expecting her to be leaving us anytime soon. She had a stroke in August and began to decline rapidly. I quit my job and cared for her full-time, cleaning and changing her, house chores, the works with the wonderful help from my fiancee. My fiancee was able to land a job and is currently making 18 an hour with a remote job which really has been a tremendous help and has allowed us to save about 1200$ I'm looking for a job now. My grandmother's house is on a reverse mortgage. I'm wondering if it is only 30 days we have to get everything out and to find someplace to be. I don't think I can get a loan now because I don't have a source of income and my fiancee doesn't have very good credit. My credit was really good a couple years ago but took a hit after I had 4 inquiries for a home loan, was pre-approved and ready to put a down-payment on a place. Life was life and had to move out of where we were abruptly and used the money we were saving for a down payment to get us into an apartment then had to break the lease early because of my grandmother's condition rapidly declining. Now she has passed and is no longer suffering. But I don't think we have anytime to regroup ourselves. If we really do only have 30 days, please send us good wishes for us to make it through. Thank you all!

TL;DR: Grandma died tonight. Her house is on a reverse mortgage and we have little money and no place to live besides grandmas house at the moment. How long do we have to find somewhere?
