Hey all,
Recently my company announced a “restructuring “ and eliminated my old role, however I was offered a new role for more money. My new role pays 77k, to me that’s good money. I’m 2 years removed from college and never thought I could make that much so fast. However, I was wondering if I should bargain for 80k. The offer letter has already been sent to me and I am not sure how any of this works. Please any advice is good advice.
