Does anyone have experience making, say 40k/year in passive income from REIT dividends alone.
I realize that generating 40k per year in REIT dividends would require a significant upfront investment of ~400k give or take depending on the average yield of the REITs.
How did you get started, and would you recommend I put a portion of savings into REITs each month?
