The hospital where my child had a surgery sent our bill to collections for reasons I don’t want to get into. I want to pay the bill. They told us the company they sold the debt to. I’ve tried calling the company several times and they cannot find a record of the debt. We’ve received nothing in the mail about it. It’s been over a month. What else can I do to figure this out?
