Prologis - current price: 98.88 - target prices: 119, 134, 154 - dividend: 3.52%
Realty Income - current price: 46.22 - target prices: 42, 60, 76 - dividend: 6.65% - monthly payments
VICI Properties - current price: 27.18 - target prices per share: 30, 35, 43 - dividend: 6.11%
