We both have saved 350k, it’s parked in the apple HYSA earning 4.15% , live in the East bay (Ca), wife just gave birth to a baby girl :), and have no debt….we wanted to buy a house but it’s pretty crazy right now so we’re renting a townhome for about 1870$/mo and lease is up next June.(her parents live with us and help us out with a portion that’s why it’s low) Go!!!
