First of all I am from Europe, and I would like to tap into the US bond market. I think these short-term treasuries are good, as far as I can tell americans buy SGOV. But since Im from Europe, I cannot buy it. I think I did my research and stumbled upon this IE00BGSF1X88. But what I can't comprehend is that e.g. TLT price changes daily. I know its 20+ year bond, but why shouldn't a bond etf that tracks shorter term bonds price change just as a stock like TLT.
